I have a 1,000+ word article on Belgium's new lambic blendery,
Gueuzerie Tilquin, in the August/September issue of
Celebrator Beer News.
I think this is the first article about this new operation to be
published in the USA beer press.
I look for great things from blender Pierre Tilquin, who is a
knowledgeable and passionate lover of lambic and gueuze beers.
